Wittycell People

Wittycell has a two-tiered board structure in which executive and supervisory responsibilities are clearly separated.

The Scientific Advisory Board is comprised of non-executive individuals who are responsible for supervising and advising Wittycell's Board of Directors on matters relating to Development and Clinical strategy.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the general affairs and business. As such, the Board of Directors has ultimate responsibility for the definition and achievement of Wittycell's goals, strategy, and policies, as well as for the financial results.
