Indications
WTC adjuvants have been successfully tested in various indications.
In an immunization program against various pathogens in mice and/or non human primates, the enhanced protective effects of the antigen by WTC adjuvants against the disease was well demonstratedd:
- Induced and/or increased cellular response
- Increased antigen-specific IgG antibodies in sera
- Decreased symptoms and disease progression
- Decreased viral titer and load in the target organ
- Increased survival following viral challenge
WTC adjuvants have been tested with different vaccines for various indications and in various species, through internal R&D program or private and public collaborations :
