Wittycell has obtained exclusive licenses on patents relating to “NKT agonists” products and their use from the laboratories of the Scripps Research Institute (San Diego, USA), University of Chicago (Chicago, USA) and Brigham Young University (Provo, USA), thereby granting Wittycell all worldwide rights to the products generated.

In addition, further applications related to WTC adjuvants, its families of products and their use as vaccine adjuvants, have been filed by Wittycell. This IP portfolio allows both protection and the freedom to operate for future products in USA and Europe.
